ABOUT LAUMA

Welcome to my enchanted world of emotions captured in photography. Hi, I'm Lauma, a storyteller inside and out. Born in Latvia, I spent most of my childhood on basketball courts around the Europe. At age of 18 I moved to USA, to obtain bachelor degree of Arts from Saint Peters University, New Jersey. Dedicating my attention to photography and graphic arts. Upon graduation I continued my basketball career professionally in Europe while continuing my education and obtaining MBA in Entrepreneurship from Turiba University in Riga, Latvia.

In my work through photography and videography I seek to translate emotions into images, giving life to stories in motion either for a brand/ small business.

In era of social media, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and lost in search of your own unique voice. My main goal, working with business is to find their online identity, their own unique voice by creating content that tells their own unique story rather than concentrating on mass trends.
